Our University Work Placement Programme provides…
- Students with a meaningful work experience to support you in developing your career readiness and introduces you to potential careers in the food industry;
- Musgrave with the opportunity to assess students’ potential for future employment while contributing to business requirements.
We will place you in a six- or twelve-month Internship Programme depending on the opportunity available and your degree requirements of your degree course.
We advertise and recruit directly from specific undergraduate and postgraduate disciplines which are aligned to the available role.
During your placement you will experience:
- An induction into the business and the specific area you will support
- Work on live projects, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn within your role from the moment you join us
- Regular feedback and coaching from your manager
- Exposure to senior management and business leader
