What are the main occupation types employed?

We are a fast moving business and our opportunities change each year depending on our requirements. Our graduate opportunities include:

Buying/Trading, Finance, IT, Omni-channel, Marketing, Retail operations, Store operations, Supply Chain and Human Resources.


What types of work contract are offered?

The contract type depends on the role advertised. Graduates are hired on a fixed-term, full-time contract for the duration of the Programme (3 years for Finance and 2 years for all other streams) and are expected to progress in the business once the Programme is completed.

Donnybrook Fair

For over 20 years, Donnybrook Fair has been Dublin’s premier craft butcher, seafood and fresh fish market, serving up fish, meat and seafood delicacies along with expert advice. Our customers keep coming back for our local and exotic ranges of fruit and vegetables direct from local farms as well as the Rungis market in Paris. 

We are passionate about food especially wine and cheese and we are always on hand to give customers advice when pairing meat, fish or cheeses.

Our gourmet meals for which we are famous are all hand-prepared by our team of 70 chefs led by our Executive Head Chef John Dunne (Winner of 3 Gourmand Awards). Innovation is key, and our team are constantly exploring new ways to bring our customers a culinary experience like no other. We recruit food experts from butchers to deli assistants and food and beverage managers.

La Rousse Foods

La Rousse Foods is specializing in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments since 1992. Our own temperature-controlled logistic fleet ensures an efficient daily service to meet chefs' needs throughout Ireland.

We offer a wide range of fresh, seasonal and innovative produce from a network of local and international producers, always keeping informed of the latest food trends. Food safety and quality is paramount to what we do and La Rousse Foods has been ISO 22000 accredited since 2009 and upgraded to FSSC 22000 in 2014. With our own butchery, cheese-maturing room and chocolate lab, La Rousse Foods provides bespoke solutions at short notice to cater to our customers' ever-changing needs.


What locations do you operate from?

Musgrave has locations throughout the country, with divisional headquarters in Cork, Dublin and Belfast. Retail locations operate throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland and Spain.


What are the current employment trends?

We are always looking for talented graduates with drive, curiosity and a passion for food and business. We will continue to recruit into buying, finance and marketing roles and there will be future opportunities for graduates with analytical and technical skillsets who are looking to develop commercial awareness and who will drive innovation in our consumer-led business.
